There isn't just one but sometimes several Abe Lincolns that appear at patriotic events such as the Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade.

The 4th of July Parade is always held on Independence Day, July 4, and always happens in the same place and at the same time. Find the parade along Main Street between Pacific Coast Highway and Yorktown between the hours of 10 a.m. and Noon-ish. Some years the parade has gone as long as three hours, but the committee strives to keep it around two.
