Huntington Beach, CA--Then and now. In 2009, the City of Huntington Beach held a Strategic Planning Retreat to assess the state of the city. Here is the report findings for you to peruse. Several years have passed since these notes were taken. It's a good time to look back and see what was  perceived as important, came to fruition, and where is the City of Huntington Beach going.
