Trick or Treat October 31
Halloween pony rides in downtown
Huntington Beach have been a tradition for some years. Kids love
the clip clop sound as the pony goes slowly round and round. It
is one of the favorite activities at the annual trick or treat
event sponsored by the Huntington Beach Downtown Business
Improvement District (HBDBID). Long before there was a downtown
Business Improvement District there were merchants who loved
Halloween and loved to see children have a good time downtown.
Throughout the year the nights belong to the adult (21 and older
crowd).
Candy, games, pony rides, and fun
are custom made for the young and young at heart, who planned
this event. While the pony rides are not guaranteed to be there
each year, they usually are. There's usually a petting zoo as
well. The one thing you can always count on is that downtown
Huntington Beach is filled with fun on Halloween. Go check it
out! The event for kids normally goes
from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. approx. After 9, it's adult time! |
