SUNSET PHOTO GALLERY & PIER
GALLERY
Huntington Beach, California sunset photos
are splendid. Just wander at the beach and
shoreline each night to catch one of these
gems. You'll see photographers poised with
their tripods and cameras ready for that
magic time as the sun goes down. There's
nothing quite like it on earth. And once you
feel the ocean, see the light and experience
the sensations, you'll decide that this is
one of the best experiences--and it's
absolutely free!
It should be obvious but if you don't have
your thinking cap on, the sun goes down on
the north side of the pier, fading into the
ocean beyond Catalina Island and San Pedro
in Los Angeles County. For those who love
islands, you can stand at sunset and
contemplate the time till Hawaii sees that
very same sunset.
Back at the beaches of Huntington Beach, the
beach remains open till 10 p.m. and just not
far from where this photo was taken, you'll
find the bonfire rings, a popular evening
entertainment activity. The rings are first
come, first serve--bring your own wood.
