Summertime beach scene north of the HB Pier includes a snack bar at Zack's, some bikes with boards, and a whole bunch of people having fun. Food & eating, volleyball nets, surfing, and tons of sand granules make for a hot time under the sun. When you go, take some sunblock or cover-ups if you're not used to the sun. Take some toys to play with, and sure, you can bring your own food, but you can buy it at the beach, too. Just bring some money for parking and grub. Then have fun.
