Present:  Steve Grabowski, Tony Motakef, Brett Barnes, Bill Cuppy, Stephanie Inbody, Susie Smith &  Connie Pedenko-

Absent: Steve Daniel & Bob Bolen

Ron Mc Lin -Opened the Meeting 2:05pm

RE: Approval of Minutes-06-17-08

'        Motion to Approve by Stephanie, 2^nd Bret, motion passed

RE:  Financial Report

'        Steve G. - Presented a Balance Sheet as of July 17^th and a Profit  & Loss Oct-July 15^th.  Motion to approve by Brett, 2^nd Bill, motion passed ' On File

'        Steve G. and Ron presented 2008-2009 Budget Proposal- Board member reviewed with changes to be made- On file

'        City/BID Agreement- Stephanie, brought a second attorney's opinion, with some possible slight changes to be done.  Board members agreed if the BID attorney concurs with the possible changes, the agreement will be signed within the upcoming week.

RE:  Old Business

'        Block by Block cleaning/safety program proposal review- Connie

The Board agreed to seek out two more quotes. Block by Block will be given the opportunity to do a four week test of  their services prior to the BID fiscal end in September. Connie and Ron will meet to discuss, times and days.

'        August 13^th 5:30pm General Stakeholders meeting agenda discussed

RE: New Business

• Zone Review- Connie presented to the Board the current BID zone area and it's financial impacts in some areas.  Further research to be made
• Stephanie made a motion the BID take the opportunity to advertise in the Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament as a Tee sponsor in the way of $150.00. Steve G. 2^nd, motion passed
• Steve G. made a motion the BID join the HB Chamber of Commerce, Stephanie 2^nd, motion passed
• The BID Board Of  Directors Nominating committee, was announced by Connie, and the process will begin in the next couple of weeks.
