Located on the 2nd floor above Main Street in the Promenade building, there is public parking in the building and elevator or stair access to the restaurant. Menu & cocktails are affordable and tasty.

You'll be amazed. IHOP restaurants are normally considered value-oriented cafes. This Downtown HB IHOP does serve the same great menu but with a beach location right on Main St. at Olive. Indoor dining booths and tables, or outdoor patio providing street views make this one of the favorites in the IHOP chain of restaurants spanning the U.S.

Jamba Juice is offers a healthy drink bar and bite-size menu of sandwiches and snacks. From the fresh squeezed orange juice to other beverage favorites, the restaurant is one of the healthiest choices on Main Street next to Jack's Surfboards and just across the street from the beach.
