Red Pearl Kitchen opened in downtown Huntington Beach several years ago with great enthusiasm. The intimate club-cafe environment and excellent food made this restaurant an instant success. Zagat Survey gave it a high rating and recommendation as did local newspapers. From Kung Pao Chicken to Grilled Salmon, Red Pearl Kitchen features a tasty menu with lighter faire and less oils than traditional Chinese preparations served in the U.S.

As you enter the red world with warm lighting casting a glow on everything in the room, the red chairs, bamboo window treatments and rich wood tones all blend seamlessly into an atmosphere of retreat. Sizzling, hot meals served with cocktails, fine wines or martinis all taste scrumptious. If you leave any food, you'll most likely ask for container to take home the remainder. 

A bar includes seating for friends to talk and sip cocktails in an elegantly, casual location after work or in a planned meeting. Not open for lunch, the dinner house is great for dining but also serves as a local pub of sorts with a slightly upscale clientele.

Open every day except Monday at 4:30 p.m. for bar service (Happy Hour is 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.), dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and drinks are served until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday while the kitchen closes around 10 p.m. The restaurant caters food, offers takeout and can accommodate special parties, anniversaries and celebrations per arrangement.
