This Huntington Beach photo of a billboard that says Hangin' Past Ten in Surf City documents the marketing to a demographic.  All's fair in the liquor wars when you're targeting young men, beer and Surf City.  This billboard was situated on Pacific Coast Highway near the entrance to Huntington Beach.
