Red Chair Lounge at Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort Hotel

Red Chair Lounge is a cocktail bar with a bright red chair, pool table and piano for weekend music in the comfortable, club atmosphere.  The bar is not particularly large but the rich red tones or the decor and the fireplace make this an inviting place to go and have a cocktail, glass of wine that the Huntington Beach hotel prides itself on collecting or a designer drink from the skilled bartender on duty. While locals are not accustomed to paying a fee to park anywhere in Huntington Beach, visits to the Hyatt generally require a parking fee. If you don't mind the extra cost or have a beach parking pass for City Beach and can walk across the bridge, you can visit the Red Chair Lounge as long as you don't stay past 10 p.m. when the beach parking closes.

If you want something a little different, we highly recommend you check this intimate club out and go on one of the Friday or Saturday nights when music is being played. (see calendar of events)

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, the preferred choice business travel, weddings, anniversaries and anytime events overlooks the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy beaches in Huntington Beach, California, the laid-back Southern California beach town that never wears a frown. Hyatt Regency HB Resort features the only direct beach access of any hotel in Huntington Beach via the walking bridge shown in the photo (second from right, bottom row.) With the largest meeting space and event function room configuration along the Southern California coast for groups of over 1,000, and lush, grassy lawns overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this AAA Four Diamond resort property has WOW factor!

For a weekend getaway or vacation, the resort features 15 spa treatments, a beautiful outdoor pool and cabana, Camp Hyatt for kids, bike rentals, surf and body boards and lessons, several shops, two restaurants, The Californian and Pete Mallory's Sunset Grille, plus a comfortable cocktail bar area called Red Chair Lounge. Independent food review
