Central Park Horseback on Edwards Hill, Huntington Beach

Locals and tourists can get a taste of the equine life by renting a horse and guide for an hour-long excursion through the flower-covered hills and trails of Edwards Hill in Central Park.  And for horse owners, the trails extend into their Edwards Hill neighborhoods where the white fences partition a riding area that crosses Ellis. For those driving by, slow down and let the horses go first. It's the rule in this totally cool neighborhood at the edge of Central Park.

The Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center is a popular location for various horse competitions, including  weekend polo games and  the annual Summer Classic fundraiser, a primary funding source for the Huntington Beach Art Center. Tours are for adults & children 8 years of age and older. Lessons are also available. Information: (714) 848-6565.
